C’est La Vie Syrah Rosé 2012 is a Vin de Pays d’Oc and excellent value for the price ($12.00). Plenty of fruity berry flavors and a slight sugar-candy scent in a pleasingly tart and dry glassful of goodness. I like the unpretentious label and screw top too! Too bad picnic weather is over, but I can dream about the south of France…
